INOXMONT-VS – društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za montažu industrijskih postrojenja i cjevovoda

The project "Improving resource and energy efficiency of INOXMONT-VS" responds to the need to increase production efficiency and reduce negative environmental impact, while strengthening sustainability and competitiveness. Through this investment, production processes are improved, resource and energy consumption is reduced and CO₂ emissions are reduced, creating preconditions for long-term sustainable operations and a stronger market position.

Project implementation is underway, and activities are focused on introducing equipment that brings measurable effects in more efficient use of resources and energy and reducing negative environmental impact. As part of the project, equipment for laser cutting of materials, machining by particle separation (CNC machining center) and plasma welding is purchased and introduced. Replacing existing lower-efficiency machines with new technological solutions will enable a more stable and efficient production process, with optimal management of energy and materials. Expected effects include savings in annual primary energy consumption, reduction of resource consumption per unit of product and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (CO₂).

The aim of the project is to achieve significant resource and energy savings, reduce CO₂ emissions and accelerate the transition to a circular economy through more efficient processes and more responsible resource management. The project results are expected to strengthen production and business sustainability, increase resilience to market and environmental requirements and further strengthen market position, contributing to sustainable development goals and green transition.

Through the implementation of the project, additional capacity for electricity production from RES of 188.10 kWp will be installed, which will enable a minimum annual production of electricity from renewable sources of 138.25 MWh/year to be achieved from the photovoltaic power plant. For this reason, the reference annual consumption of electricity delivered at the project implementation location will be reduced by 138.26 MWh/year, i.e. by 70.64%.

Upon completion of the project, a reduction of CO₂ emissions of at least 21.98 t CO₂/year is expected, i.e. a reduction of at least 70.63% compared to the situation before the project implementation. From the end of the investment's lifetime, cumulative savings in delivered electricity of 2,163.21 MWh are expected, i.e. cumulative savings in greenhouse gas emissions of 339.61 t CO₂.
